RETURNS/EXCHANGES
DOMESTIC
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 10 days of your purchase date, no exceptions.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of the return processing fee of $5.99.
- We only allow one exchange per product (i.e. you will not be able to exchange a previously exchanged item)
- All exchange items must be of equal value to the item originally purchased
- We do not allow returns on previously exchanged items
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
- Items denoted as "Last Chance" "Final Sale" "Sets" or "Bundles" are not eligible for return
- We cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by Kamelia
- If additional items are returned that were not listed on your return packing slip, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
- Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
Defective/Damaged Items
For US Customers, please visit our portal within 10 days of your purchase date, if you have received a defective or damaged item. You will be asked to upload an image of the issue in order to approve your refund or replacement request.
INTERNATIONAL
Currently, we do not offer any international returns at this time.
Defective/Damaged
If you have received a defective or damaged item as an international customer, please reach out to our support team and provide your order number (listed on your confirmation email) along with a photo/video of the item you are experiencing issues with.
START A RETURN
STEP 1
Simply email us at kameliaskin3@gmail.com
STEP 2
Enter your order number and the email address used to complete your purchase.
STEP 3
Once you have entered your order details, select the item or item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. Select a reason for your return or exchange. If exchanging, select the product you would like to exchange for. Please keep in mind, the exchange product must be of same value of the original purchased product.
STEP 4
Once you have completed the return prompts and confirmed your request, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label good for USPS from Narvar Returns (no-reply@returns.narvar.com) with subject line "Kamelia - Ready to mail your return?" Print out the RMA packing slip & prepaid shipping label and affix to your package to ensure effective return process by our warehouse team
STEP 5
Drop off your package at your local USPS before the due date listed on your prepaid label confirmation email (at which point, we are unable to edit your return). Once a return label is processed, we have a return/exchange window of 21 days. If we do not receive your package to our warehouse within 10 days of issuing your prepaid shipping label, your return/exchange will be cancelled.
YOU'RE ALL SET!
Refunds: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted back to your original form of payment once we have received your return.
Exchanges: Your exchange order will go into processing once your return is delivered to our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and an additional 2-12 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed with tracking information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Kamelia shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Kamelia is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are included in your Kamelia order and/or shipping total at checkout. Kamelia is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

ORDER PROCESSING/STATUS
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for orders placed during product launches or sales.
Login or sign up with the email address used at checkout. Under "My Account" you can see all your recent purchases and their fulfillment status. If your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse, click on the order to find a tracking link and order information.
All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, and PayPal (U.S. and Canada only).
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 24-48 hours. A link will also be included with tracking information to check the status of your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by phone, email, mail, or fax. All orders must be placed online through our site, www.kameliaskin.com.
CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
Kamelia will accept cancellation requests but due to our processing times, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please email kameliaskin3@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
SALES & PROMOTIONS
All sales and promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with one another or combined with any other offer. You will only be able to use one code or discount offer at a time at checkout.
